I love this print because it's not the typical beach scene. It's slightly abstract with colors that bring about a calm mood by just looking at it. I am going to use this print on a large wall in my master bathroom, since bathrooms should be relaxing places where you can escape for a few minutes. Until we have our bathroom complete, I am using it in the entryway above the door. I couldn't let this beautiful print just sit and collect dust while we worked on the bathroom updating and painting. This is one of 2 prints that I purchased and they are both from the same artist. Love her work and will purchase more in the future. I was going back and forth on framing this or leaving it as a canvas wrap and I decided on a canvas wrap since I had it designated for the bathroom. Who knows, it might just stay in the entryway.

My husband and I selected this work together. I had a few reservations about it before it arrived. While it looks peaceful, I was afraid that the darkness in the image would make it seem a bit gloomy and set a different mood.
I was wrong! Yes, the beach is very gray, but there is also a surprising amount of light in this image, and it shines beautifully. It is a very calming image; perfect for a bedroom or office or any place where you want a peaceful vibe. The large size is also great. It is by far the largest piece of art we have ever owned, and yet, it looks right! I think most people put images that are much too small on their walls. This is a prime example of the need to go big or go home.
We are absolutely thrilled with this purchase.
