If this piece had looked anywhere close to the representation online I would have been happy and would have thought the price was good. However, it looked like a copy of a copy. It looked faded, washed out and lifeless. This was my first experience ordering from them so I don't know whether this is the norm or not.
I hung my image No - returned.

I have ordered 2 other products which I was happy with. Am not pleased with this one, as the sides have a defect on both ends....it looks like white streaks right down the sides where the canvas was stretched onto the frame. Obviously a defective print. Would return it but we are going on vacation & can't wait for a pickup. Print (photograph of trees in a snowy forest) just isn't the same quality as the other 2 prints we have ordered from here. Rather disappointing.

Thanks for taking the time to provide such great feedback. Without customers like you who are willing to speak up, it's often difficult to know how we're doing.
After looking closely at the print, the white streaks may just be part of the artist's image. The white area is right at the edge of the canvas, and when we clone the border to wrap it around the frame, this essentially "doubles" the amount of white area and causes the effect you described.
In any case, we don't want anyone to keep art that they aren't completely satisfied with. We'll work with you on a return or replacement when you return from vacation.
