This piece appeared gray on my computer monitor. Since the name said silver, I figured it would have gray tones to it. When it arrived I opened it to find that the areas which appeared gray/silver were actually tinted green. Also, the hanging wire was installed so that the art would hang upside down. I had to send it back

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with this piece. While we do our best to represent colors accurately online, they do vary slightly by computer monitor. And as for the hanging wire wire upside down...well, there's simply no excuse for that. We should have done better.
