I was very disappointed in this mounting. The painting is actually printed on the piece of plywood. The ink is very thin, and the grain of the wood shows through. The clouds in the sky look particularly odd with wood grain in them. Also, the colors are not the same as the original. The colors show very dark when the ink combines with the color of the wood. I was very disappointed and am returning the item. If all of the wood mounted prints are done this way, with so little ink that the wood shows through, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone.
