A very smooth transaction. My order was immediately confirmed, as were the shipping dates and tracking information. The product was shipped within a day and when it arrived, the packaging was amazing. Very nicely done. My only issue is with the frame which I though was to be wood or a wood veneer, but appears to be synthetic. But it's appearance from steps away looks like the real thing so for the money, I am quite satisfied. This was a print. Can't wait to try an oil on canvas.
