After a poorly communicated amount of time between ordering and delivery I discovered I was sent entirely the wrong piece. Material, style, mounting, and the art itself were nothing similar to what I asked. Furthermore then provided paining, a 4'x4' plywood painting had a broken corner from shipping damage.
The recourse I was informed of was to repack, and pay to ship this painting back. Once it was received, my originally requested piece of art would once again be attempted to be sent to me. Not a very good Christmas present..

I am totally satisfied with the quality of the print (canvas) and the frame I chose! The item arrived as promised in a super strong box and on-time. The price was better than most frame stores and they have a huge inventory from which to choose. I intend to use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

The site provided excellent value in terms of an easy to navigate interface and large selection of products. I thought the ability to custom choose the size and framing was extrememly convenient. The package was shipped promptly and the picture was easy to install. I would definitely use the service again.
