The print looks very blurry and the colors are not vivid at all. The frame is cheap looking and the framing job was poorly done. I am in the process of returning the print.

Thanks for taking the time to provide some feedback. Without customers like you who are willing to speak up, it's often difficult to know when we've fallen short of expectations.

We do our best to optimize the images found in our Classic and Vintage category. Obviously, they are very old files and can present some challenges. Increasing the size of these old masters sometimes creates a blurry image (your print size was 40x29 - a Large size), but often it is just recreating what the artist intended.

We're glad you took advantage of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and were able to return it. We hope you'll give us another chance sometime soon. If you compare the difference in quality between one of our own artist's images versus the Classics, I'm sure you'll be happily surprised.

I recently purchased a classic print. I'm currently waiting for my order. It concerns me greatly that a painting would be sent out knowing it wasn't a good print. I was online about to order a print for my sister but, now i think i'll wait until i receive the print i purchased. I hope it's not an on going habit for Galley Direct to send customers a defective product.
